Recently purchased two pints of South Alder Farms blueberries at my local Fresh Tyme market. These are the best (good size, great taste) blueberries I have ever had.

South Alder Farms is a grower and packer of small fruits located in the Pacific Northwest regions of Canada and the USA. These areas are proven to contribute the ideal growing conditions for our products.

Hello, I just bought some strawberries from Costco this past weekend and they are the most delicious strawberries I’ve ever had!!! Thanks so much….it’s so hard to find strawberries that actually taste like strawberries and I was so surprised to find them this late in the year!
Hi. We enjoyed wonderful blueberries from your farm for dessert yesterday. They were big, sweet and delicious berries. We wish we bought more. Thank you South Alder Farms. Good things grow in British Columbia!!
I was at my local Costco yesterday in downtown Vancouver and after looking through all the berries from USA, Mexico, etc., I finally found your blueberries! I bought a 2lb. box for a great price and they were simply awesome… sweet, plump berries, almost zero wastage. A quick rinse and I really enjoyed eating them. Compared to some of the local berries I have been buying, yours were far, far cleaner with almost no leaves and stems in the box. I will definitely be looking for your products from now on! I always try to support local farmers and growers. Keep up the good work!
Just wanted to say I’d never seen South Alder Farms blueberries in my local supermarket before. I recently purchased two packages and had to tell you how incredibly delicious I found them! I’m rushing back to the store to buy some more!
I’m writing to comment on your container of blueberries I purchased at Costco the other day. I generally sort through berries when I get them and discard the ‘soft’ ones – I also don’t pay much attention to what brand they are. Well, I could hardly believe that there were only 3 soft berries in your container – that is incredible and not only are they all firm – they are delicious!! I don’t usually write notes like this but really wanted to say ‘Thank You’ for all the work and obvious care that you take to produce and package your wonderful blueberries. I need to get back to Costco and buy more for the freezer!
I live in Smithers, B.C. and getting fresh eatable fruit up here is a rare treat. Your blueberries have arrived and so far I have bought 6 of your 2lb containers. I would just like to THANK YOU for the great job you do. The berries are cheap, huge, sweet and ripe. My grandson and I have not had one bad berry. So thank you again on a job well done.
Hi, I don’t often send complimentary emails, but your blueberries are so delicious I had to send you a note of thanks. We always buy berries at Sobeys or Safeway, and usually they are a USA product. They’re usually good, and I’m always grateful to get them. But yesterday a box of South Alder Farms blueberries, purchased from Safeway, landed in our fridge. And WOW!!! WHAT A DIFFERENCE in taste. So sweet, I can’t stop eating them! Thanks for a great product, I hope they continue to be available all the time.
I love your blueberries. I was shopping at Costco in Merced, CA today and picked up your blueberries. I was born in Canada and miss Canadian blueberries. I was looking at your recipes and hope to be able to get an email from South Alder Farms with blueberries and other berries recipes.
I felt compelled to contact you and let you know that I appreciate your smart packaging of blueberries, which I bought from Costco. First I was delighted to find you were a Canadian (B.C. even better) company. The sticky plastic lining strip under the top cellophane is brilliant. I have been enjoying the product for two weeks now and the berries are in great shape. Since I live alone 2 lbs of berries is not a one or two sitting affair. This is the smartest plastic packaging I’ve seen to date & cuts down on extra plastic lids, but has the advantage of resealing to maintain freshness.
We are so excited that your blueberries have made it to Prince George, BC! We love your product hands down! The quality and care for each berry is so appreciated in this home 🙂
We also love the re-sealable containers. Thank you.
I am not a big fan of most fruits (hate sour). Blueberries didn’t really appeal to me. They do now, if they all tasted like yours. They were the best thing I had in ages!
