Blueberry Mediterranean Salad

1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup diced cucumbers
1/2 medium red onion, chopped into 3/4-inch pieces
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup chopped feta cheese (1/2-inch pieces)
1/4 cup ripe olives
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
1 tablespoon water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh or dried basil
1 cup blueberries
Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, pepper, feta cheese, olives, vinegars, water, olive oil, and basil. Fold in blueberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 10 servings, each containing 100 calories, 2.5 grams protein, 7.6 grams fat, 6.6 grams carbohydrate, and 184 milligrams sodium.
